Established in 1996 and listed in 2009 in the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Qinfa is a non-state group company including coal mines, coal loading stations and shipping.
The main business of Qinfa Group are thermal coal mining , filtering & blending, transportation and marketing & trading. Through many years 'development, Qinfa group has built a highly efficient system for coal production, transportation and sales. Moreover, Qinfa has cultivated a efficient and proficient management team and is one of the earliest non-state coal companies.
Following the transition of the national strategy, the Group has also entered into a new era of transition. In the economic troughs of recent years, the Group has stepped into different fields such as Internet, Intelligent Logistics, coal-electricity integration, One Belt One Road, and Free Trade Zone etc.
PT. Sumber Daya Energi (Qinfa Group) is PMA company engaged in underground coal mining which has 5 points located in South Kalimantan - Kotabaru.
Civil Engineering Coal Mining
PT. Sumber Daya Energi is currently hiring vacancies with the following qualifications below :
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil / Mining Engineering or in other equal degree
Max 40 years old.
Have minimum 5 years of experience civil engineering in mining industry is preferred. (Experienced in the calculation of building structures, foundations and land preparation (e.g. cut and fill). preferred under ground mining.
Fluent in Mandarin OR English is a must (oral and written).
Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented, supervisory, team development and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Mining Programs (AutoCAD, Mine scape) and others design program.
In depth multi tasking capabilities and conversant with project Mining Industrial, Engineering Procedure and techniques (mining management principles, planning, operation, flow, geology, HSE, financial, business, and management).
Able to identify, develop, and maintain effective appropriate work methods and productions.
Main Duties :
Assist and be responsible in the Civil Engineering field in supervising infrastructure development projects.
Can operate Structural Analysis Software and 2D and 3D Drawing Software create engineering design
Prepare construction work plans, schedules, supervise construction work, and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
Responsible for strategically mining stages in order to achieve the most effective cost and according to the scope of work.
Review of short term, middle term and long term mining operational strategy and plan.
Responsible to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely.
Responsible for day today operation in terms of managing the mine activities in order to achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
Managing accurate records of project progress and strong focus on effective planning and continuous improvement.
Provide updated information related to mining regulations; provide advice and recommendation for management, related to mining business operations which comply with mining regulations.
Minimizing the level of accidents in the field by paying attention to aspects related to the scope of work.
Geologist Coal Mining

PT. Sumber Daya Energi is currently hiring vacancies with the following qualifications below :
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Exploration, Geophysical Engineering or other equivalent degree.
Maximum age is 40 years.
Having a minimum of 5 years experience in mining exploration activities as a geologist in the mining industry (underground) is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin OR English is a must (oral and written).
Strong leadership, analytical skills, results oriented, supervision, team development, and interpersonal skills.
Have a certificate of First Operational Supervisor (POP)
Have good mastery of software for geological modeling with Surpac/CAD and software related to exploration work
Able to manage the organization of exploration, mining design and mapping activities appropriately and effectively.
Main Duties :
Responsible for Quality Control of dam foundation works, underground and/or open excavation works, slope stability works, etc.
Responsible for the geology condition judgment.
Responsible for the related documents (keep the latest files of all work results in dam foundation works, underground, and/or open excavation works, slope stability works, etc.)
Periodically check the geological mapping of the exposed rock surfaces in the tunnel that was carried out by the contractor.
Reporting to Project Manager/Site Manager regarding site Quality Control works in geological and geotechnical works and to execute every assistance in accordance with the instructions from Project Manager.
Doing other jobs based on superior instruction for daily works or weekly works.
Conduct a description of the rock, using sampling methods both trenching and drilling
Conducting geological modeling and mining resource estimation
Collect geological information and carry out modeling, mapping of the distribution of mining on geological and resource maps.
Ensuring that exploration work/activities meet OHS and environmental aspects. Leading, organizing and managing mapping in the mining area, managing geological samples, creating logging descriptions of drilling results and geological interpretations in the mining area
