PT Adaro Logistics is a subsidiary of Adaro Energy Group which implement integrated supply chain system to transport coal from pit to port or direct to the customers, including coal terminal activities and Taboneo Floating Terminal in Banjarmasin- South Kalimantan.
As an integrated system Supply chain company, PT Adaro Logistics has five business units that support the company core business, PT Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur manage unloading and loading activities and supply chain systems. PT Maritim Barito Perkasa is engaged in the provision of coal marine transportation and shipments from the port of loading to the port of the destination. PT Sarana Daya Mandiri, in cooperation with PT Ambapers maintains the dredging and the threshold of the Barito river flow to be navigable by the users, PT Indonesia Multi Purpose Terminal, managing Taboneo terminal in South Kalimantan. PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, is managed the public of special coal port located in Mekar Putih - West Pulau Laut – South Kalimantan.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure that operational activities in the Taboneo Port area are in accordance with the company's K3 regulations (especially in terms of safety) to minimize accidents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical or held ANT II.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position or other similar industries
- Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
- Able to conduct incident investigation
- Familiar with Job Safety Analysis & Root Cause Analysis
- ISM & ISPS code implementation and port operation
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
Position Name : Hse Section Head

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's HSE program. Review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan preventive actions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) of Safety or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
- Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
- Preferably OHSAS 18k / ISO 45k; ISO 14k certified
- Able to conduct an audit of the company’s and contractor's HSE management system
- Identify HSE regulatory compliance which are applicable to the company
- Hazard identification & risk assessment
- Ensure all incidents are investigated to determine root cause & remedial action
- Proven communication, leadership and managerial skills.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
